1. About us
eStorePoint is an online retailer of eco-friendly, reusable and sustainable everyday products, operated from India. Our registered business details and GSTIN are shown on the Contact page and on every invoice.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (?) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Product photographs are illustrative; slight variations in colour, texture and finish occur naturally in handmade and natural-material goods and are not defects. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your pincode, or if we suspect fraud — in which case any payment is refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayU. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. An order is only dispatched after payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are stated on our Shipping page and begin from the date of dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns and refunds
Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, and defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full. See the Refund & Returns page for the full process.
7. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
8. Intellectual property
All text, photography, logos and design on this site belong to eStorePoint or our licensors. You may not reproduce any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
