How long does delivery take?
Metros usually see parcels in 2–4 working days, Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns in 4–7, and remote destinations up to 10. Timelines start from dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping is free on every order above ?499. Below that a flat ?49 applies, and the exact amount is always shown in your cart before you pay.
Can I return something I do not like?
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened personal-care and food-contact items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — but if anything arrives damaged or faulty we replace it or refund it in full.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery, all processed securely through PayU. We never see or store your card details.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — we currently ship within India only. We are working on it and will announce it here first.
Are your products genuinely eco-friendly?
Every product is chosen to replace single-use waste with something reusable or compostable, and we publish the impact each one makes. We would rather stock fewer things than greenwash — no vague claims, ever.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on most pincodes, for orders up to ?5,000. A small COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your parcel ships. You can also see every order anytime in My Orders once you are signed in.
How do I cancel an order?
Contact us with your order number any time before dispatch and we will cancel it free of charge, refunding you in full within 3 working days.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — for corporate gifting, hotels, schools and retailers. Mention "Wholesale" in the subject on our contact form and we will send a catalogue and price list.
