We ship plastic-free, carbon-conscious parcels across India. Here is what to expect.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 1pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. All other orders are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery timelines
Metros and Tier-1 cities typically receive parcels in 2–4 working days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns usually take 4–7 working days. Remote or hill destinations can take up to 10 working days. Timelines start from dispatch, not from the order date, and are estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders above ?499. Below that, a flat ?49 applies. Any charges are shown clearly on the cart and checkout pages before you pay — never as a surprise at the end.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves us you receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also see every order and its status anytime in My Orders.
Packaging
Every order ships in recycled, plastic-free packaging — paper tape, cardboard and compostable fillers only. It costs us more, and we think it is worth it.
Coverage and failed delivery
We deliver to almost every serviceable pincode in India. If a courier attempts delivery and cannot reach you, they will retry or hold the parcel at the nearest hub for a limited period. After repeated failed attempts the parcel returns to us; we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a fresh shipping charge.
Delays
Weather, strikes, festivals and regional restrictions occasionally slow couriers down. If your parcel is more than 3 days past its estimated date, please contact us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
