Information we collect
When you create an account or check out, we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. When you pay, your card or UPI details are handled entirely by our payment partner, PayU — we never see or store them. We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which helps us improve the store.
How we use your information
We use your details to process and deliver orders, send order and shipping updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send occasional offers and green-living tips. We use aggregated, anonymised data to understand which products make the most impact.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember the items in your cart. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only enabled if you consent. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the store will still work, though your cart will not be remembered between visits.

Order records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us via our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
All traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and access to customer data inside our admin is restricted and logged.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
