You may return or exchange an item if:

✅ The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
✅ The item is not a final sale, personalized, or custom-made product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

2️⃣ Approval – Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Securely pack and send the item to the provided address. The return shipping cost is born by customer.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund – After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund/exchange within 3 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If a return is not approved due to damage or signs of wear, the item will be sent back to you.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please mention the replacement product in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After this window, the order may already be in processing or shipped, making it ineligible for cancellation.
