By registering as a seller or brand partner, you agree to uphold our mission of creating a cleaner, greener marketplace for conscious consumers.

Please read these Seller Terms carefully before listing your products or services.

1. Our Vision

At eStorePoint, we are more than a marketplace — we are a movement for responsible commerce.
Our sellers are our partners in sustainability. Every product listed on our platform contributes to:

  • Reducing environmental waste,
  • Promoting ethical sourcing, and
  • Encouraging consumers to choose better alternatives.

2. Seller Eligibility

To join as a verified eStorePoint seller, you must:

  • Be a registered business entity in India (Private Limited, LLP, Partnership, or Proprietorship).
  • Possess a valid GSTIN and PAN.
  • Manufacture or supply eco-friendly, biodegradable, or sustainable products.
  • Agree to comply with Indian eCommerce and consumer protection laws.

3. Product Listing Guidelines

Your products must meet our sustainability and safety standards. Sellers should ensure:
✅ Raw materials are natural, biodegradable, or recyclable.
✅ Manufacturing processes are ethical and waste-conscious.
✅ Product labels include accurate composition and eco-certifications (if any).
✅ Packaging materials are eco-friendly — no plastic or Styrofoam.
✅ Product descriptions and images are truthful and high-quality.

Each listing is subject to review and approval by our team before publication.

4. Certifications & Eco Standards

To build consumer trust, sellers are encouraged (not mandatory) to display credible certifications, such as:

  • FSSAI for organic food products.
  • AYUSH / ISO for herbal and personal care items.
  • BIS / ISI for eco-household or safety-tested goods.
  • EcoMark / GOTS / Fair Trade certifications for textiles and fashion.

Sellers may upload relevant certificates during onboarding or within their vendor dashboard.

5. Onboarding Process

Joining eStorePoint is simple and fully digital:

  1. Register as a Seller → Submit business and contact details.
  2. Upload Documents → GST, PAN, and eco-compliance certificates.
  3. Add Products → Include images, specifications, and price.
  4. Verification → Our team reviews your listings for quality and compliance.
  5. Go Live! → Start selling to India’s eco-conscious shoppers.

Support is available at every stage to help you set up smoothly.

6. Payment & Commission Structure

  • Sellers receive payments directly into their registered bank accounts.
  • Payment is released within 7–10 business days of successful order delivery.
  • eStorePoint charges a small commission (typically 1%–5%), depending on product category and volume.
  • No hidden fees or long-term contracts — full transparency guaranteed.

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

You can choose between:

  • Self-Shipping: Handle your own dispatches using eco-friendly packaging.
  • eStorePoint Fulfilled: We manage pickup, packaging, and delivery using our green logistics partners.

All shipments must adhere to eStorePoint’s Eco-Packaging Guidelines to maintain brand integrity.

8. Sustainability Commitment

As an eStorePoint seller, you agree to:

  • Promote ethical sourcing and fair wages.
  • Avoid the use of single-use plastics in products or packaging.
  • Provide accurate product life cycle details (e.g., compostable, recyclable).
  • Participate in periodic sustainability audits or reviews.

This ensures that customers can trust every product bearing the eStorePoint label.

9. Seller Code of Conduct

We expect our partners to maintain:

  • Honesty in listings and pricing.
  • Prompt fulfillment of orders.
  • Professional and courteous customer support.
  • Compliance with Indian consumer and environmental regulations.

Violations (such as false claims, delays, or non-sustainable products) may lead to suspension or removal from the platform.

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Filing GST returns and maintaining tax compliance.
  • Adhering to labeling laws (Legal Metrology Act).
  • Ensuring product safety and warranty obligations as applicable.

eStorePoint may provide guidance but is not liable for a seller’s individual non-compliance.
